If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Sites or participate in our rewards system.
Compliance: Your access to the Sites signifies your agreement to follow the terms outlined in our General Policy and other related policies incorporated herein by reference.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms, refund policy, and any other policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Sites.
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to adjust our published materials and internal documents if deemed necessary for improvement, compliance, or clarity.

Network Participation: The site frynetworks.com facilitates participation in digital infrastructure through the purchase of IoT Network Devices, allowing users to contribute connectivity, bandwidth, or processing resources.
Usage Agreement: You commit to using these IoT Network Devices in accordance with our usage guidelines, strictly prohibiting any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
User Restrictions: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend participation for suspected unauthorized or unlawful use without prior notice.
Some Fry Networks software may also integrate third-party services, including Bright Data’s Web Indexing technology, as described in the Bright Data Web Indexing and Premium Features section below.

Certain Fry Networks desktop or Windows applications (the “Bright-Enabled Applications”) may offer premium or ad-reduced features if you choose to participate in the Bright Data network operated by Bright Data Ltd. When you enable this option, you agree that some of your device’s available resources and your IP address may be used for Bright Data’s web indexing activities as described in the Bright SDK End User License Agreement (“Bright SDK EULA”) and Bright Data’s Privacy Policy. By turning this option on, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Bright SDK EULA at https://bright-sdk.com/eula and Bright Data’s Privacy Policy at https://bright-sdk.com/privacy-policy.
You can stop participating in the Bright Data network at any time by opening the relevant Bright-Enabled Application, going to Live Data → Web Indexing, and turning the Web Indexing toggle off.

General: By purchasing an IoT Network Device from frynetworks.com, you agree to our device usage policies and confirm that you will not use such devices for any unlawful purpose.

Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your purchase of IoT Network Devices within 14 days from the day of contract conclusion without providing a reason.
How to Cancel: To exercise your cancellation rights, please create a support ticket through our Discord channel.
Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel within the 14‑day cooling‑off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. Reimbursement will occur within 14 days after receiving notice of your cancellation.
Exclusions: We do not accept product returns. For details, see our Return Policy.
No Cancellation After 14 Days: After the 14‑day period, cancellations and refunds will not be processed.
Alternative Payment Notice: Purchases made through digital or third‑party payment systems may have additional restrictions based on their respective terms of service.
Disclaimer: We make no guarantees of financial gain or performance results from any IoT Network Device purchased.

Modification Rights: Policies and participation rules may be updated without prior notice.
Legal Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, conducted in Minnesota.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in effect.
Intellectual Property: All content, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User Conduct: You agree to use our Sites ethically and lawfully.
Privacy and Data Protection: Use of the Sites and our software is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy also explains how third-party partners such as Bright Data may process technical information (including your IP address) when you choose to enable Web Indexing in a Bright-Enabled Application.

PayPal Transactions: Refunds are available only within the 14‑day cooling‑off period.
Alternative Payment Systems: Non‑refundable and non‑cancellable once processed.
Other Payment Methods: Subject to the same 14‑day refund policy; no refunds after that period.
