To extend this vision, we have a Bring‑Your‑Own‑Device (BYOD) program that lets individuals and organizations connect their own compatible hardware—or even entire sensor fleets—directly into Fry’s “network of networks.” For a one‑time BYOD licence ($105 USD), your device joins the mesh, all while strengthening coverage and resilience for everyone.

Armed with two Information Technology degrees and more than 15 years in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and systems architecture, Samuel steers every technical and strategic decision at Fry Networks. He designs the high‑level framework behind the company’s IoT sensor networks—ensuring each component delivers clear, real‑world utility.
Samuel’s mission is to make advanced infrastructure as effortless to use as today’s most popular apps. He coordinates engineering squads, partner integrations, and security audits, translating complex technology into practical products and sustainable business models. When he isn’t mapping out the next roadmap milestone, Samuel is exploring new ways to lower the technological learning curve so anyone can tap into the power of Fry Networks.

He wears multiple hats at Fry Networks, from assisting with support tickets and orders to contributing to development tasks and managing backend operations. Chief Marketing Officer | CMO
Jesse Harper is a strategist and builder at the intersection of IoT and frontier infrastructure. As Chief Marketing Officer of Fry Networks, he leads marketing, growth, and go-to-market execution—translating deep tech into compelling narratives and actionable demand. His work bridges the worlds of IoT and real-world data systems, helping emerging networks move from concept to product to adoption.
In addition to his role at Fry, Jesse serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence for a venture capital firm supporting early-stage companies, and as Head of Strategy for an IoT hardware company focused on edge computing and sensor fusion. Across these roles, he brings a systems-level perspective and a hands-on approach to helping founders scale, from generating their first revenue to achieving market leadership.
