- No Guaranteed Uptime: Due to the decentralized nature of the network, we cannot guarantee consistent uptime or service performance.
- Network Performance: Performance may vary based on the availability of bandwidth from Fry Bandwidth Miners and other factors beyond our control.
- Limited Control: While we strive to ensure secure connections, we do not control the specific bandwidth or routing paths used by third-party miners in the decentralized network.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Fry VPN prioritizes your privacy. As a decentralized VPN, your internet traffic is encrypted, but we cannot guarantee complete protection of your data from third-party actors using the network. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept:
